Responsible of declaration of perishable goods in conformity with regulations, clearance through custom and delivery to clients on time, and quota management.

负责上海浦东机场进口生鲜(鲜活商品)的进口报关报检及国内陆路运输，熟练进口相关的法律法规及各环节操作规范，负责每批进口货物能按时、合理、合规地完成进口申报、报税、报关、报检，以及相关的进口审批许可，流程管理和相关报告。

1.       Responsible and self-sufficient in custom clearance of perishable import, incl. review of every shipment's documents, pre-declaration data input to make sure all information is correct and submit to custom.  独立完成清关操作，审核进口清关文件，准确地填报进口货物的海关申报信息。

  

2.       Monitor custom process, tax payment, and problem solving till custom release.  实施并监督申报、缴税、单证及各类相关报关报检事宜，能够及时现场解决问题，完成货物的清关。

  

3.       Ensure custom clearance and logistics operations with accuracy and efficiency. 确保能按时、准确地完成进口清关、订单分货的配送。

  

4.       Apply quota and maintain quota usage for all ports to ensure import license in place.  管理各类进口许可、审批文件，并确保各类进口许可文件的时效性。

  

5.       Supervise subordinates to follow up documents, printing custom paper, and trucking arrangement.  同时负责监督部门内其他成员按时、准确地完成清关工作包括审单，录入，付税、单证操作，提货，及配送等。

  

6.       Maintain relationship with and confer with officials in various agencies to facilitate clearance of goods through customs and quarantine.  对外保持与业务相关的各有关单位和部门的良好的合作关系。

  

7.       Stay abreast of changes in import regulations, and update knowledge of legal or regulatory environments.  调研及及时获取进口生鲜(活鲜)的相关政策、法规、动态的更新发布，并及时传达至本部门及相关业务链上的操作部门（比如物流运输部、销售部等）

  

8.       Calculation and selection of optimal logistics routes with minimal costs  筛选并规划物流配送路线及车载率、成本管控，并不断优化。

  

9.       Maintain database and reporting on the performed work  负责关务部门的流程管理，数据及动态录入，完成各类报表，并不断优化流程，及管理绩效。
