1、通过各个网站平台和客户沟通，解答客户提出的各种问题，达成交易；

2、负责收集客户信息，了解分析客户需求，明确用户画像，提高用户粘性，有针对性地规划客户服务方案；

3、及时解决客户反映及投诉的问题，提供良好的售后服务；

4、负责发展良好的客户关系，定期进行客户回访，维护客户关系；

5、建立客户档案，完善质量跟踪、不良反应、回访记录等售后服务。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，药学/医学等相关专业；

2、学习能力强，有良好的服务意识，工作耐心细致及责任心；

3、熟悉办公软件和网络工具；

4、熟悉电商客服工作流程（有电商、医药电商从业经验优先）。
