岗位职责：

1. 拜访潜在客户，介绍公司品牌与产品；

2. 与客户建立密切联系，跟进、汇报项目情况，与客户洽谈协商，争取项目的签订及款项的收取；

3. 管理与服务经销商，确保经销商完成承诺指标，并保持忠诚度；

4. 与销售团队共同完成销售指标；

5. 与其它部门同事相互协作提高客户满意度。

职位要求：

1. 统招全日制本科及以上学历，工科背景优先考虑，2年以上工作经验；

2.1~2年电梯、中央空调、暖通设备、消防设备或是机电设备销售工作经验者优先考虑；

3. 沟通表达能力强，较好的团队意识；

4.良好的责任心和进取心，能承受较大的工作压力。

5.愿意从事专业且具有挑战性的销售工作
