岗位职责：1、负责项目的各种图纸、文件等档案的收集、管理，并登记造册，妥善保管。

                 2、负责发放项目对外发送的各种图纸、文件等资料，并办理登记手续。发放的图纸、文件资料必须留原件一份，

                      连同发放清单一起存档。

                 3、规范工程施工期间的各类图纸变更通知、工程合同及其它工程项目方面文件资料的收发、保管制度。

                 4、对各种工程资料进行科学规范的编号、登记管理。

                 5、公司安排的其他相关工作等

任职资格：

        1、本科及以上学历，建筑类设计相关专业优先，
