Position Accountabilities:

- Lead a team of staff to manage daily operations and distribution system to ensure all operational targets and KPIs of the transportation are met
- Ensure all goods in the trucking projects are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched; goods / order information capture are fully performed accurately and timely as per agreed SOP and KPI
- Enforce security and work safety measures and controls in the carring and distribution network
- Contribute to add value to all services in conjunction with directions, established performance standards, measurements in cost saving and cost effectiveness
- Constantly look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engine the processes to achieve or exceed the service standard or target
- Provide on-the-job training to individual staff to improve the staff performance and productivity
- Deploy and complete special assignments at the instructions of the Senior Manager


Requirement:

- College degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management
- Minimum 4 years' experience in trucking operations with solid team leader experience is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
