Commodity Strategy Implementation
Responsible of Commodity Strategy Implementation of related commodities.
?Product portfolio analysis
?Commodity spending analysis
?Medium-term plan with SWOT analysis
Manage commodity spending and supplier allocation according to strategy
Manage supplier/component phase in/out planning　together with GESMA

Sourcing/Contract and Supplier Performance Management
Sourcing in APR according to commodity strategy and market intelligence
Supplier selection/assessment according to new supplier approval procedure
Negotiation and contract with suppliers based on Total Cost of Ownership
Manage supplier capability/capacity to satisfy quality/production requirement
Coordinate supplier to achieve the new product development schedule and quality
Market Intelligence and Cost Saving Projects
Collect and analyze market data and related industry for responsible commodity
Foresee the price trend of responsible commodity based on deep insight of market.
Create and manage the Cost Saving Projects:
?Brainstorming with R&D, Marketing, Quality and Production
?Brainstorming with suppliers
?Competitor analysis
?Lead cross-function team to drive the project to success
任职条件
a) Education: Bachelor and Major in Industry Automation or Electrical/Electronics.
b)Experience: Minimum 5 years in Electrical Electronics or Automation Engineering or Strategic Purchasing related functions;
c)PCB working experiences is required and White home-appliance experience is a plus.
d) Competency and Skills:
Task-specific knowledge and skills –Electrical knowledge, commodity market insight, supply base, negotiation and related supply chain management.

*Strong communication skills (both in Chinese & English); interact and communicate on a professional basis with internal and external customers
*Good judgment
*6 Sigma Green Belt is preferred
