职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、负责相关品牌类品牌的市场合作和资源交换；

2、负责公司业务市场的推广工作，开拓市场渠道，拓展客户资源；

3、寻找目标客人并介绍学校的服务、课程与活动，解答客户的现场咨询；

4、各营销宣传活动的策划与执行；

5、与潜在客户直接沟通，收集客户名单；

6、在相关商场、学校、幼儿园、社区进行地面推广活动，收集回单，完成要求指标；

7、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

 

任职要求：

1、年龄23-35岁，大专及以上学历，市场营销、经管等相关专业优先；

2、执行能力强，注意工作细节；

3、有一定的市场推广或户外促销活动经验者优先；

4、具备较强的工作协调能力和沟通能力，团队合作精神强；

5、性格开朗，亲和力强。

6、热爱教育培训行业工作

7、有管理经验1-3年
