任务职责：
- 确保支行帐户服务部门提供可靠、高效及高质服务
- 领导帐户服务部门处理客戶之日常银行交易，包括开立戶口、提/存款、找换、转帐及汇款等
- 確保支行内部运作，防范操作风险
- 编制/核对人民银行及外管有关之报表
- 协助支行副行长负责帐户服务部门的人员管理
条件：
- 大學本科毕业或以上学历
- 五年以上银行营运经验，外资银行经验其中三年需为领导及管理经验，具外资银行工作经验者获优先考虑
- 对人民银行及外管条例有深彻认识
- 具良好客戶服务意识、沟通和人际技巧
- 中英文程度良好，熟悉办公室软件应用

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Counter Operations function of the sub-branch deliver reliable, efficient and competent services to support business growth
- Process daily payment transactions, including account openings, deposits, remittances, etc.
- Ensure all relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
- Coordinate daily reports for related parties, e.g. PBOC and SAFE
- Support Assistant Sub-branch Manager to maintain a quality staffing in the department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in banking operations, personal financial services or retail banking preferably gained in foreign banks, including three year’ experience at supervisory level
- Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC and SAFE
- Strong customer service orientation, and good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
