全部计时岗位，两班倒，五天八小时，超出按劳动法加班，每天加班2~3小时，月休4天左右，免费工作餐，免费班车，无宿舍提供房补300元/月；

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWSN Group. FAWSN Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group.
