Main activities/responsibilities entrusted

- Acting as finance internal controller of the foreign partner in the joint venture

- Perform internal audit regularly and improve the corporation internal control

- Safeguard on bank payments and other assets and protect the benefit of the Joint Venture company

- In charge of financial control on Capex investment and projects appraisal

- Ensure accounting and financing activities in line with Joint Venture Agreement and BoD document and timely submission of Group Financial reports to HQ  

- Coordinate the annual Financial audit by big four

- Support on Group TP File preparation (Transfer Price)

         

Required Ability

1  Good in english is a must ( both writing and spoken), know italian would be a plus;

2 Good communication skill and people relationship;

3 At least four years relevant experience with foreign manufacturing company or big four audit form;

4 Graduated from bachelor or above in finance/accounting/audit or relevant, proficient in ms office.
