KPMG China’s Finance department supports the firm’s business strategy, ensures our services are procured in an efficient, effective and cost-conscious manner, and manages critical business functions such as expenses, accounts payable and billing.

The successful candidates should be a self-motivated and responsible accounting professional who will provide a range of management accounting services and support to all our offices in China. They will also help to ensure that best practice is upheld and continuously updated.

Responsibilities

- Prepare accounting schedules and analysis

- Coordinate with overseas offices and reconcile inter-office current accounts

- Prepare daily cash report

- Handle general accounting work

- Assist in ad hoc project work

Experience

 - Accounting degree, preferably with a professional accounting qualification

- 2-4 years’ accounting experience preferred

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and knowledge of SAP is an advantage

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin

- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to the constantly changing financial requirements

- Accountable and proactive

- Ability to work independently and under pressure

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills

- Mature, reliable and detail-oriented
