职位描述

KPMG's Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance (IARCS) continues to see demand from the market, spurred by changing regulatory requirements and the initiatives to enhance risk management. IARCS specializes in providing corporate governance, enterprise risk management and internal audit strategic sourcing, to large multinational companies as well as high profile locally listed companies. It assists organizations maintain effective and efficient controls, in order to manage organizational and strategic risks.


Administrative Coordinator is to interact closely with the onshore team and project staff across the nation, assist them to arrange the itinerary, travel administration and to ensure the quality project outcome.


Responsibilities


- Conduct information report pre client's request to manage project staff itinerary

- Project staff resource management

- Project related deliverables quality control

- Staff reimbursement process support

- Expenses analysis

- Other project related tasks


Requirements


- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a business-related discipline

- At least 1 year of working experience

- Ability to meet challenging milestones within time, cost and quality constraints

- Ability to work efficiently and deliver pragmatic and high-quality outcomes

- Being a team player with the ability to deliver projects and work within integrated, multidisciplinary project teams

- Driven and resilient to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve the goals of the projects

- Ability to communicate with impact in an open, honest, consistent and clear manner

工作要求


- 本科学历,商科专业尤佳

- 一年以上工作经验

- 具有在限定时间、成本和质量要求的条件下应对挑战的能力

- 具有高效工作、交付实用及优质工作成果的能力

- 具有团队合作精神,能同时与多个不同项目组协作,交付项目和工作成果

- 行动能力和适应能力强,能克服挑战或困难,实现项目目标

- 具有进行坦率有效、诚实、思维严谨和清晰的沟通的能力
