Responsibilities

- Update and maintain the HR database in the recruitment system

- Organise incoming applications and conduct initial screenings of candidates

- Post job adverts on internal and external job boards

- Mark candidates’ assessments and analyse the results

- Conduct background checks on potential new joiners

- Assist in sourcing suitable candidates through professional networking websites and the internet

- Assist with ad hoc assignments

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources or a business-related discipline

- Good Microsoft Office skills

- Good organisational and communication skills

- Ability to follow instructions and communicate with a diverse team of technical and functional staff

- Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing requirements and pay attention to detail, even under tight deadlines

基本要求

- 乐于学习，注重细节, 能适应变化的工作需求
