The Business Performance Analyst team (BPA) supports senior management on the managing of our Audit Function by providing analysis on performance indicators, and assist in the implementation of strategies.  

Responsibilities

 

- Assist in collecting and analysing financial and operational data relevant to the Audit Function

- Help to prepare regular financial and operational reports for Supervisor and management team in onshore offices

- Assist on ad-hoc analysis requests

Requirements

- Bachelor degree, preferably major in Finance, Accounting or Business related

- 1 year or above relevant working experience (Graduate with excellent internship experience is also acceptable)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel

- Fluent  in oral and written English (CET-4 or above, other equivalent level is also acceptable)

- Detail oriented and sensitive in numbers

- Logical thinking and able to work independently

- Mature, hardworking and self-motivated

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

专业服务助理（BPA方向）

业务绩效分析团队通过分析审计业务的绩效指标和协助战略实施，来支持协助高级管理层对审计业务的管理。

工作职责

- 协助收集及分析各项审计业务的财务及业务绩效指标数据

- 协助上级和主营公司管理层编制定期的财务及业务有关的管理报表

- 协助完成突发的报表分析

基本要求

- 本科学历，财务、工商管理专业优先考虑

- 一年或以上工作经验 (有优秀实习经验的应届毕业生亦可考虑)

- 熟练掌握办公软件，了解Excel的高级应用

- 良好的英语读写能力(大学英语四级或以上证书,其他相当水平亦可)

- 做事细心负责，对数据的相关工作感兴趣

- 具备较强的逻辑分析和独立思考的能力

- 处事成熟、主动学习及具备较强的学习能力

- 良好的沟通能力和人际技巧
