Requirements

- College Degree or above

- Fast and accurate typing skills

- Good command of both spoken and written English

- Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word and Excel, proficient in PowerPoint

- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills

- Good time management skill and telephone manner

- A sense of responsibility and be hard working and mature
