Job Duties

- Responsible for assisting users in resolving IT issues as a first line support, answering on-shore / off shore queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services and servicing request type calls

- Conduct analysis for the reported issues and categorized into ticket types accordingly

- Log daily tickets into the ticketing system and coordinate for critical issues, provide timely updates to end users

- Assist in new system or application implementations, network maintenance, etc.

- Configure new PCs and perform troubleshooting on PCs issues

- Provide IP Telephony and Audio Visual support

- Perform daily IT operations

- Morning and Hourly health check for all network services

- Maintain infrastructure equipment

- Able to take shifts to cover operation hours from 7:30 to 19:00 China Time

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree holder or above in IT or other related disciplines

- Sound understanding of Major incident process

- Sound understanding of Cloud technology, AWS would be a plus

- Understand ticket management process, knowledge in ServiceNow would be a plus

- ITIL foundation certificate would be a plus

- At least one year of servicing end users experience

- Good knowledge of PC windows & Active Domain environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange) and Windows Servers & network

- Initiative, good team work and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Good command of English, able to answer phone calls from English speaking end users
