职位描述

- 根据公司内部风险及合规指引，协助内部合规团队提取、分析和报告客户及項目评估系统中的数据

- 协助经理的工作，为与前线专业人员因内部风险及合规问题沟通作准备工作

- 与前线员工联络及沟通并获取所需资料及数据

- 开展基础研究以支持冲突检查或客户评估过程

- 管理并维护部门的数据库

- 协助其他事务性工作。

基本要求

- 金融/商业领域等相关专业的学士学位

- 大学英语四级考试（CET-4）或以上（其他同等水平也可接受）

- 良好的计算机技能，必须包括Microsoft Word，Excel和PowerPoint

- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力

- 富有责任感，工作细心认真、努力，勇于承担

- 学习能力强且乐于学习

- 有解决问题的意识，能承受工作压力，并能在给定期限内高效地完成工作

- 专注细节的处理并能够适应大量及重复性高的工作

Responsibilities

- Support internal compliance team in extracting, analyzing and reporting of data in the client and engagement evaluation system based on the firm’s risk and compliance policy

- Support managers in preparing communications to front line professionals on risk and compliance matters

- Liaise with front line staff

- Conduct basic research to support conflict checking or client evaluation process

- Managing and maintaining certain databases for the department

- Do other administrative work

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business area

- College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or above (other equivalent level also acceptable)

- Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- A sense of responsibility and be hard working and mature

- Fast learner and willing to learn

- A sense of problem solving and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Enjoy details and capable to handle large volume and high repetitiveness of data
