工作职责

- 根据公司内部风险及合规指引，协助内部合规团队提取、分析和报告系统中的数据

- 与数据提供者沟通，包括填写数据指导和催收数据等

- 协助项目经理分析和报告项目动态

- 维护咨询日志包括数据归档与分析

- 及时向上级汇报相关问题

- 协助其他事务性工作

基本要求

- 本科学历，信息技术、金融财务、商科类等相关专业

- 大学英语四级或以上证书（其他相当水平亦可）

- 熟悉使用包括Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件

- 良好的沟通能力和人际技巧

- 富有责任感，工作认真、努力，勇于承担

- 学习能力强且乐于学习

- 善于解决问题，能承受工作压力，并能在给定期限内高效地完成工作

Responsibilities

- Support internal compliance team in extracting, analyzing and reporting of data in the evaluation system based on the firm’s risk and compliance policy

- Communicate with data suppliers, including data filling coach, chasing, etc.

- Assist project managers in tracking and reporting the projects’ status 

- Maintain consultation log including data filing and analysis 

- Raise any issues to seniors immediately

- Do other administrative work

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information System / Finance/Business area

- College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or above (other equivalent level also acceptable)

- Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- A sense of responsibility and be hard working and mature

- Fast learner and willing to learn

- A sense of problem solving and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
