工作职责：

- 收集和加工整理公司运营的基本数据；

- 进行基础的研究和数据分析；

- 维护与更新报备系统；

- 与数据提供者沟通，包括填写数据指导和催收数据等；

- 检查、复核相关报备信息；

- 及时向上级汇报相关问题；

- 协助其他事务性工作。

基本要求：

- 本科学历，金融财务、商科类等相关专业；

- 大学英语四级或以上证书（其他相当水平亦可）；

- 熟悉使用包括Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件；

- 良好的沟通能力和人际技巧；

- 富有责任感，工作细心认真、努力，勇于承担；

- 学习能力强且乐于学习；

- 善于解决问题，能承受工作压力，并能在给定期限内高效地完成工作。

Responsibilities:

- Collect and sanitize basic data of firm’s operation

- Conduct basic research and data analysis

- Maintain and update Filing System

- Communicate with data suppliers, including data filling coach, chasing, etc.

- Check and review regulatory filing information

- Raise any issues to seniors immediately

- Do other administrative work

Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business area

- College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or above (other equivalent level also acceptable)

- Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- A sense of responsibility and be careful, hard-working and mature

- Fast learner and willing to learn

- A sense of problem solving and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
