Key responsibilities

This position provides automation support to business teams for operation delivery continuous improvement to achieve overall effectiveness and efficiency gain. 

- Responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and maintenance of the automation tools, such as VBA tools, RPA (Uipath) tools and etc. 

- Overall manage and maintain Finance team automation tools and solve problems if any

- Work with BA to identify automation potential of Finance team

- Manage and maintain the documentation of development process

- Lead initiatives to improve development process

- Be a source of expertise about automation for others in Finance team

- Provide coaching to team members or conduct knowledge sharing

Qualification Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business related, Information Systems, Computer Science or a similar discipline

- 5 years’ experience in automation development related technologies

- Knowledge of VBScript / VBA / Python / SQL Server and etc.

- Knowledge of RPA tools is an added advantage

- Passionate about using technology to solve business problems

- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

- Good command of English, read and write
