Responsibilities

- Full time position on site in Foshan
- Managing a team of Secondees and KDC assistants
- Managing all aspects of audit engagements including planning, administration, staff scheduling, staff coaching, execution and closely monitoring engagement progress to ensure pre-agreed deadlines and milestones are met
- Train KDC assistants and responsible for the quality of KDC output
- Providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to team members
- Promote the use of the KDC in-house
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the audit process
- Assisting with the preparation of audit operation management reports and presentations

Experience

- At least three years’ audit experience in financial services sector
- Managers who are enthusiastic, committed and good performers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
- Team player, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and good time management skills
- Socially confident with good diplomacy and organisation skills
