Responsibilities

  

- Assist to perform event validation from existence, budget, content and schedule perspectives

  

- Assist to prepare the event validation report in a logical manner for engagement teams’ review 

- Assist to conduct auditing work including bill checking, stocktake and compliance check etc

  

- Identify non-compliance issues based on procedure & guidance, and report to the team leader to do further assessment

- Stay smart and flexible to deal with project changes

  

  

Requirements

  

- Bachelor’s degree holder

- Good mind-set to identify risk

  

- High integrity required and stay objective when doing the validation

  

- Willing to travel and high frequency travelling within PRC China

  

- Good communication skills

  

- Smart and flexible when dealing with project changes

  

- Being able to take responsibility

  

- Fluent writing and verbal communication in English and Mandarin, English Level at CET-4 or above

     

工作职责：

- 协助确认会议活动的相关事项，包括会议活动是否存在，会议活动的预算，内容和具体安排等；

- 具备良好的风险意识；

- 协助准备会议现场鉴定报告，以便执行团队复核；

- 协助完成现场审计工作，包括票据检查、盘点以及合规检查等

- 根据指引和流程识别不合规的问题或事项，并及时报告组长以供后续评估；

- 灵活应对项目的各种突发状况。

        

  

工作要求：

- 本科或以上学历

- 在进行现场工作时能客观并且从整体出发看待事物

- 接受出差，且能适应在中国国内的高强度出差

- 具备良好的沟通能力

- 能灵活应对项目的突发状况

- 工作认真负责

- 具备良好的英语和普通话的书写及口语表达能力，英语水平达CET-4或以上
