Responsibilities

- Validate orignial supporting documents of vendor payment

- Prepare Accounts Payable journal related to vendor payment

- Follow up outstanding issues by email or phone call

- Ensure updated and/or improved process documentation and SOPs as required

- Identify improvement opportunity and raise out proposal proactively.

- Involve to AP process related standadization and continues improvement project

- Monitor and ensure sub-team's performanace are met service level agreement

- Responsible for new joiner training

- Responsible for other tasks assigned by team leader

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree

- 3-4 years working experience in Finance AP or Finance SSC, team management experience is a plus

- SAP system experience is a definite advantage

- Proficient skill in MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word

- Good in communication skills in English and Chinese, fluency in Cantonese would be a definite advantage

- Good sense to identify improvement opportunity and raise out proposal proactively

- Be able to work carefully, with strong sense of responsibility and patience

- Be able to work independently and under certain pressure

- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to the constantly changing financial requirements

- 审核供应商付款原始凭证

- 编制应付供应商账款相关凭证

- 通过邮件或电话跟进供应商付款相关待处理事项

- 更新业务流程相关指导文件，如标准操作流程指引等

- 能够识别业务提升的机会点，并能够主动地提出方案

- 参与应付账款业务相关的流程标准化和持续改善项目

- 监督和确保应付账款子团队的工作表现符合服务水平协议

- 负责团队新员工培训

- 根据组长安排完成其他任务

基本要求

- 大学本科学历

- 具有3至4年财务应付或财务共享服务中心工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先

- 具有SAP系统经验尤佳

- 熟练使用微软办公室软件，如Excel，Word

- 良好的中英文沟通能力，熟练使用粤语尤佳

- 具备较好的识别业务提升机会点的意识，并能积极提出解决方案

- 工作细心，有责任心和耐心

- 能独立开展工作，并能承担一定的工作压力

- 善于学习以适应不断变化的财务需求
