This position provides continuous improvement (CI) and project management support to Finance team. Drive continuous improvement and manage or coordinate improvement projects to ensure CI & projects have effective execution and achieve the targets.

Key responsibilities

The CI & Project Analyst will be responsible for driving CI and manage or coordinate projects as below:

- Support process assessment for CI opportunity identification

- Manage, support and monitor CI execution, including requirements collection, solution design, and or work with development for feasibility study, monitor execution, improvement result validation and etc.

- Support or manage project execution and monitoring, including project panning, issue & risk identifying and tracking. Escalate appropriately to keep project on track

- Support project roles and responsibilities define and communication to ensure task owners are accountable for their committed deliverables

- Where departures or conflicts, support and arrange impact assessment, refine project planning, engage relevant stakeholders to reach consensus if needed, and ensure a shared view of project status and transparent communication

- Coordinate or lead overall CI and project communications with stakeholders, meetings, regular status reporting and etc. Maintain related documentation

Qualification Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance & Accounting related

- Have good sense, experience and knowledge about CI & project management. And have a relevant professional qualification such as PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Six Sigma or other internationally recognized qualification will be a plus 

- 4+ years relevant working experience is required. In financial services is a plus

- Good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills 

- Ability or have potential to facilitate diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view to build consensus and agree go-forward direction on topics like project scope, issues resolution, resource balancing and prioritization

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
