1. Ensure correct and regular running of Quality, take over all jobs of Quality manager if he/she is absent. 确保质量部各项工作的正确有序运转，如果质量经理不在代理质量经理的各项工作。

2. Assist Quality manager to work on related management such as ISO/5S/safety, etc.. 协助质量经理进行ISO、安全、5S等各项体系管理工作。

3. Draft and update all quality related files, such as procedure, WI( for SIP and device operation), form. 负责质量部有关的文件制定和更新，如程序文件、作业指导书（含检验操作和设备操作）、记录表格等。

4. Operate quality equipments properly according to WI. 确保质量部按照作业指导书要求，正确操作质量部仪器设备。

5. Follow established WIs and conduct analysis of samples(RM/Semi-FG/FG). 确保质量部按照检验作业指导书的规定检测分析样品（原材料/半成品/成品） 。

6. Report analysis results in time, and keep analysis records properly. 保存好检验分析记录，及时报告检验分析结果（如质量部的每天报告等）。

7. Manage calibration according to calibration procedure, Make sure of quality device maintenance and calibration, gurantee good status of all devices. 执行公司的计量器具管理程序，管理公司的计量器具；做好质量部仪器设备的维护保养和计量校验工作，确保仪器设备处于良好的工作状态。

8. Check regularly that all quality equipments are working properly and report any troubles. 随时检查质量部设备是否正常工作，如果有问题马上报告。

9. Check all materials&agents and utilities are in good condition and enough for analysis and report if not enough. 检查检验试剂等用品是否充足，如果不足马上报告并请购。

10. Manage Quality control, train and instruct QC inspectors, monitor and manage QCs. 管理质量检验，培训指导质检员，监督管理质检员的工作。

11. Coordinate with Technical/R&D to finish other activities such as analysis&evaluation of new raw materials and new products, also some tests 配合技术研发部，及时检验分析新原料、新产品，进行有关的试验。

12. Assist Technical/R&D Dept. and Quality manager to update and improve inspection method, assist Quality manager to contact with 3rd party for outside inspection. 协助技术研发部、质量经理更新和改进检验方法， 协助质量经理联系有关的第三方检验。

13. Attend related meeting, make proposal for improvement. 参加有关的会议，提出改进建议。

14. Ensure safety of quality, make sure to fully control chemicals and devices to be under safety status. 确保质量部工作的安全性，确保各种化学用品、仪器设备的使用处于安全可控状态。

15. Keep QA Dept. clean operation to meet 5S and safety target. 保持质量部整洁有序工作以符合5S和安全要求。

16. Make sufficient communication and cooperation with different Dept. 确保与其它部门进行充分沟通及合作。

17. Participate in training program and make suficient self teaching to improve knowledge and skill. 积极参加公司组织的培训，做好充分的自学，来不断丰富自己的知识、提高工作技能。

18. Follow company regulations. 遵守公司各项规章制度。

19. Finish other assigned works from leader in time. 及时完成领导分派的其它工作。
