职位描述
· Working collaboratively with CoE Team Leaders / Managers in the completion of daily workload(s)
· Daily monitoring of resource within team, highlighting any risks and facilitating flex resource as needed to protect service.
· Regular monitoring of team members processing accuracy; identifying and acting upon and required quality improvement
· Ensuring the achievement of Service Level Agreements and functional targets through the team
· Supporting the development of team knowledge on processes to ensure the CoE deliver excellent customer service.
· Providing team with coaching and feedback based on their performance
· Maintaining all relevant training materials
Essential:
· English language, verbal & written.
· Previous experience in a leadership or coach role in a customer service environment.
· Intermediate PC Skills, including Microsoft packages.
· Impactful communication skills; feedback and coaching skills are crucial.
· Innovate approach to leadership and engagement; displaying inspiring behaviour to encourage and motivate your team.
· Proven experience working with Continual Improvement Methodology.
· Ability to measure and monitor the performance of your team; providing feedback on non-compliance or areas of improvement.
Desirable:
· SAP Experience
· Change management experience.
· Knowledge of performance management systems / reports.
· Additional European languages
