Key Accountabilities

The primary objective of the CoE Customer Service Agent is to ensure customers’ orders are processed accurately and within required deadline.

• Using SAP & email management system to process a minimum of 14 orders per hour whilst maintaining quality / accuracy levels

• Dedicated to ensuring all work is processed before the markets cut off times as per Service Level Agreement
• Process orders for multiple markets, once training has been completed.

Essential:

• English language, read / write
• SAP experience

• PC Skills including all core Microsoft packages.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensue customer orders are inputted correctly and on time.
• Thorough and methodical.
• Excellent ability to work both as part of a team, and individually with the ability to self-motivate and use own initiative.
• The ability to adapt positively to change in structure and or processes and bring continuous improvement within the role
