Responsibilities:

- Attend the relevant internal control training

- Based on the procedure & guidance, perform the internal control review on the specific processes, including:

  - Prepare the request list prepared by Client

  - Attend the interview with Client and document the meeting minutes

  - Obtain the relevant materials and document the control activities

  - Perform the sample testing and document the testing working paper

  - Identify the process risk and the control deficiencies

  - Communicate the control deficiencies with Client

- Accept regularly review to improve performance

工作职责:

- 接受标准流程审阅的相关培训和定期考核

- 按要求提供标准流程审阅服务，主要包括：

- 编制标准流程的所需资料清单

- 与客户业务部门访谈，并记录访谈纪要

- 获取业务文档及记录主要控制描述

- 进行执行性抽样测试，记录测试底稿

- 识别标准流程的风险及内控缺陷

- 与客户业务部门沟通所识别的内控缺陷

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Major in Economics preferable

- 1-2 years audit experience with basic accounting knowledge

- Good mind-set to identify risk

- Good thinking logically

- Willing to travel and work at Client site

- Good communication skills and writing skills 

- Fluent writing and verbal communication in English preferable

- CPA / CIA preferable
