职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Collection of cost, calculate cost variance and analysis;
- Monthly closing and related ledger, follow up all the accounting items, including AR, AP, Fixed assets;
- Set up standard cost and maintain the daily finance related EPR.
- Preparation of data for the monthly, quarterly and yearly report on all financial indicators.
- Assist to finish business plan and budget.
- Inventory management, include stock taking, aging report and scrap etc.
- FA management, include process establish, calculate depreciation and check.
- Improve of process and suggestion on cost control
- Relationships with tax and other legal authorities.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- 成本归集，差异计算及分析。
- 月结相关总账并跟踪所有会计科目情况。
- 标准成本设立及EPR的日常维护。
- 准备月度，季度及年度的财务指标的报表
- 协助完成年度预算。
- 存货管理，包括存货的盘点，账龄分析及报废等。
- 固定资产管理，包括流程设立，折旧计算，盘点等。
- 流程改进和成本控制建议.
- 处理和税务部门和其它相关部门的关系
- 主管安排的其他工作
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in economy.
- Above three years finance working experience in automotive enterprises.
- Fluently listening, speaking and writing in English
- Strong communication skills, autonomy and flexibility.
- 经济（或同等）专业学士学位
- 毕业后至少3年的汽车行业财务管理经验
- 熟悉会计电算化系统，例如金蝶等,并有实际操作经验。
- 较强的沟通能力和自主性、灵活性
P.S. This position will be located in Shishan town,Foshan,Guangdong.(工作地点:广东佛山南海区狮山镇虹岭路段，佛山一汽大众工厂北侧)
