Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submission of Customer PPAP.
- Compilation of quality relevant documents, e.g. control plan, inspection instruction, etc.
- Quality inspection covering receiving, in-process through outgoing.
- Developing, maintaining and continuously improving process performance on shop floor.
- Supervising Quality technician on shop floor.
- Identify and take immediate actions to any potential risks and nonconformities within the organization as to protect the organization and customers.
- Prompt response to customer complaints of any kinds as per customer expectation.
- Lead problem solving activities.
- Other specific jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.
- 准备和提交客户PPAP。
- 准备质量相关文件，如控制计划，检验指导书等。
- 质量检验包括进料，过程及出货。
- 维护生产现场的开发，维护和持续改善过程。
- 管理生产现场的质量技术员。
- 针对潜在的风险和不合格状况采取改善行为，以满足客户和公司的需求。
- 针对各种形式的客户抱怨及时给予反馈。
- 领导问题解决小组处理质量问题。
- 主管要求的其它工作。

Requirements:
- College and above education with mechanical background.
- At least 3 years working experience in auto area as a quality engineer or similar position.
- Familiar with TS16949 and the related 5 key tools(APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA).
- With solid knowledge of Quality Awareness and familiar with QC 7 tools.
- Customer oriented, persistent, right attitude, proactive, logical.
- Able to communicate in Chinese and English, German is a plus.
- 大专以上学历，机械相关专业背景。
- 汽车行业至少三年以上质量工程师或同等岗位的工作经验。
- 熟悉TS16949及相关5大工具（APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA）。
- 具备良好质量意识，熟悉质量7大工具。
- 具有客户导向意识，逻辑思维能力，积极的工作态度。
- 能够应用中文和英文进行交流。
