Responsibilities：

1.Set up and improve safety production and organize safety inspection to find potential risk, and then take action to solve.
2.Carry out manage and production according to BOS system and process requirements to assure all the factors are under control and improve product quality constantly.
3.Monitor inventory cost to insure first in and first out, and correct,complete original recod.
4.Coordinate all the production process, monitor site 5S to assure good production environment.
5.Responsible for administration and employee appraisal of production dept.
6.Analyze and deal with labor, equipment, tooling, material and process technology issues, check the standard carry out regularly.
7.Communicate with internal and external to keep smooth production.

1.建立和完善安全生产、组织安全巡视，并就发现的安全隐患组织整改、学习；组织车间实施行为安全评估工作，并不断完善车间操作行为；并确保通过车间安全性评价。
2.以公司的BOS系统领导制造部的工作，审核生产质量管理制度，按工艺文件要求组织实施生产，保证部门员工执行工艺制度和质量管理制度。确保生产过程中影响质量因素处于受控状态，并不断提高产品质量。
3.监控库存（原材料、在制品、成品等）成本，确保先进先出、产品标识和可追溯性，保证所有原始记录的真实性、完整性、正确性，并不断使之优化
4. 协调生产过程中各个环节，确保完成生产计划；监控生产现场的5S工作，监督实施定置管理（设备、工装、模具、检具、工位器具等），确保良好的生产环境。
5. 负责本部门的行政管理工作及对部门员工的工作考核，不断提高本部门生产效率和质量。
6.参与分析、处理生产过程中出现的人工、设备、工装、材料工艺技术各方面问题，定期检查标准化作业的实施和执行，并落实整改。
7.负责与公司内外相关单位和部门的联系和协调，保持生产的顺畅。


Qualification：

1.Bachelor degree or above major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical relative.
2.At least 5 years experience in manufacturing background, at multi-functional positions such as quality, logistics etc.
3.Experience in automotive and mechanical products with big team management experience.
4.Able to motivate people and implement systems, able to drive continuous improvement. 5.Good negotiation & communication skills.
6.Good command of English would be preferred.

3. 汽车、机械产品行业经验，领导具规模团队的管理经验。
4. 能够激励员工执行流程，并推进持续改善。
