根据公司复合材料研发计划，研究开发新型防火，隔热，防水复合材料，实施复合材料，及其应用的相关实验；起草，完善相关流程文件；配合公司发展战略和规划，完善质量相关工作；配合完成公司管理层安排的其它工作。

一、工作内容：

  

  

• 根据公司计划，参与主导研发新型复合材料，完善相关文件复合质量体系要求。

• 根据材料特性，客户需求开发材料检验，实验方法，并形成文件。

• 根据实验标准要求，实施新旧材料的相关实验，并行程报告。

• 参与新型复合材料的试产，生产，并管理并优化生产流程。

• 完善新型复合材料流程规范，通过ISO9001 & IATF16949 体系审核。

• 协助管理汽车隔热产品的规范化管理，推动持续改善。

• 参与公司新产品的研发，新项目相关工作。

• 管理公司实验室，及实验设备的校准，维护管理工作。

• 配合完成上司安排的其它工作。

               

二、任职资格：

             

1. 本科以上化学，有机化学，高分子及制造工程相关专业毕业。

2. 10年以上外资化工企业，复合材料，高分子行业的质量，研发，制造等职位工作经验。

3. 熟悉并拥有ISO9001/IATF16949 质量管理体系内审资格。

4. 英语4级以上，口语流利（We look forward to receiving resumes in both English and Chinese, with total verifiable current or the latest annual compensation package including monthly base salary, 13th-month bonus, subsidies, other bonuses, and other benefits, if any, etc.  Resumes without actual salary history will not be considered）

5. 熟练使用Office 等电脑办公软件。

6. 能够在压力下工作，并乐于付出。

7. 擅于沟通，并乐于团队合作。

1. 公司操作工严格按照法定工资计算办法计算加班费。
2. 公司按照相关规定为员工签订合同和购买社保费。
3. 公司根据自身经营情况决定是否发放大约等于员工上一年度应收总工资的十二分之一的金额作为年终奖。
4. 公司操作工有各种生产和品质奖励政策及年资、住房和餐费补贴。
5. 目前操作工月度应收工资平均高于4000元。
