Responsibilities/主要工作职责 Swimming Pool:   ·         Greet guests with proper greeting and a smile. 采用适当的礼仪及微笑向宾客问好。 ·         Use the guests’/members’ name at least twice during interaction. 在服务过程中，至少2次称呼宾客/会员的姓名。 ·         Escort guests to locker, tour locker facility and explain amenities that are available to them. 护送宾客至更衣室，介绍更衣室设施让宾客了解可使用的物品。 ·         Maintain complete knowledge of hours of operation and activities inheakth club, fitness and swimming pool services and products. 坚持全面了解酒店营运活动、健身、游泳服务及产品知识。 ·         Obey Life saving duties as a life guard. 遵守救生员职责。 ·         Ensures the overall safety of guests in pool area. 确保宾客在泳池区域的安全。 ·         Provide constant visual surveillance of pool and surrounding area. 对泳池及其周围区域进行巡视。 ·         Teach the correct swimming methods. 教授正确的游泳方式。 ·         Make sure that the swimming pool equipment are in working order. 确保泳池设备均处于良好的工作状态 ·  Teach a multitude of exercise techniques from a variety of swimming scenarios 教授选自各种游泳方式的大量锻炼技巧。 ·         Attention on the well-being of all participants. 关注所有参与者的健康。 ·         Encourage participants to continue with exercises and make healthy choices. 鼓励参与者煅炼，制定健康选择 ·  Successfully complete the training/certification process. 成功地完成培训及认证程序。 ·         Notify the Health Club manager if maintenance is needed or if equipment needs to be ordered. 如需对设备进行维护或需申购设备，需及时知会健身中心经理。 ·         Follow all designated emergency procedures and understands duties in the event an emergency arises. 遵循所有指定的紧急应变程序，并明白紧急事情发生时所承担的职责。 ·         Helps maintain all lounge chairs on deck according to emergency guideline and properly handles them to minimize damage due to heavy use. 根据紧急应变程序指导方针，协助维持所有甲板上的休息椅。（即火警及紧急应变人员），并由于良好地运用此程序，而使其损坏减至最低程度。 ·         Fulfill all pool guest requests in a timely manner. 及时满足泳池宾客需求。 ·         Assist all guest with seating in the pool area. 协助宾客安排座位。 ·         Resolve all guest problem and complaints to the guest’s satisfaction in a timely manner. 及时解决宾客问题及投诉，使宾客感到满意。 ·         Ensure that Guest Service expectations are exceeded by catering to the guest’s individual needs. 通过个性化服务的提供，超越宾客期望。   ·         Monitors pool area and rescue equipment, and report any problems to the Fitness Center Manager. 监管泳池区域及救生设备，并向健身中心经理报告任何情况。 ·         Maintain cleanliness of pool facility by picking up towels, garbage, and other debris in the pool area. 维护泳池设备卫生，收拾毛巾、垃圾及其它散落在泳池区域的碎杂物。 ·         Maintain attentiveness to environment in the pool facility to ensure guest enjoyment. 保持对泳池设施周围环境的监看，确保宾客能尽情享受。 ·         Demonstrate knowledge of pool facility and services by answering guest questions and fulfilling guest needs. 通过回答宾客问题，解说泳池设备及服务的知识，满足宾客需求。 ·         Follow company service standards to ensure the highest level of guest service. 遵循酒店服务标准，确保向宾客提供最优质服务。 ·         Other related duties as necessary. 其它必要的相关职责。 ·         Pool cleaning daily. 每日泳池清洁。 ·         Abide by Hilton Hotel Standards. 遵守希尔顿酒店的标准。
