This position is concerned with the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents and all guestroom area in a cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment; supervisor the Building maintenance team.

有效地管理酒店的建筑，室内外地面和对客区域设施的有效维护保养，确保所有饰面处于良好状态，并监督管理装修班组。

1. General supervision of Building maintenance team and the allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance with instructions from  Duty Engineer.
2. 管理装修班组的工作并按值班工程师的指令安排工作。
3. Schedule preventive maintenance for the room maintenance.
4. 房作出维修保养计划。

3.       Supervise and coordinate the installation, renovation and modification in guestrooms.

监督和协调客房的安装，更新和改造项目。

4.       Follow up all the repair and maintenance work done by Engineering Department according to the check list and trouble report.

跟踪检查记录和客房问题报告及时进行维修。

5.       Assist in Energy Saving Program.

协助执行节能计划。

6.       Supervisor painter, carpenter and mason.

监督管理油漆工、木工及瓦工。

7.       Write a performance report of staff under his supervision once a year.

每年对下属员工的表现作出评估。

8.       Be responsible for recommending disciplinary action.

负责对下属员工的过失行为提出处理建议。

9.       Perform as a basic fire fighting member. React immediately to a fire alarm / information in case of fire.

应成为义务消防队的一员。一旦出现火情立即作出反应。

10.   Perform other duties may be assigned.

执行分配的其他工作。
