工作内容：

1. 全面掌握公司的运营状况，为公司领导的经营决策提供信息和建议；

2. 负责总裁办公会议纪要的整理成文以及公司经营决策的传达、落实及信息反馈工作；

3. 协调公司各职能部门及业务部门之间、公司总部与对外投资企业之间的工作关系；

4. 负责公司对外公共关系和重大事件的协调管理；

5. 拟订、修订公司的有关管理制度及检查落实；

6. 草拟、审核公司对外行文、函件及报告；

7. 政府机关来文、其他单位来文及函件的处理；

8. 负责公司非经营性固定资产的管理；

9. 组织公司承办的重大会议会务和重大活动的后勤保障工作

10. 控制公司行政用品的开支，合理使用办公经费；

11. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

工作职责：

1. 对为公司领导决策提供辅助支持负责；

2. 对公司内、外部工作关系的协调负责；

3. 对公司经营决策的贯彻、落实负责；

4. 对公司后勤、行政工作负责；

5.文书处理（对接园区等政府部门，外贸资料等，会英文）及部门制度整理等。
