DUTIES & JOB FUNCTIONS

· Manage Madison IAQ sourcing project from supplier selection, RFQ to project launch.

· Identify potential suppliers; conduct supplier evaluation and qualification assessment and present for management review and supplier selection decision making.

· Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documentations.

· Communicate project expectations to team members and suppliers in a clear and timely fashion.

· Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

· Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and suppliers.

· Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Resolve issues and conflicts with internal team and suppliers.

· Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

· Track project milestones and deliverables.

· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documentations, and presentations.

· Manage changes proactively, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plan.

· Initiate/support VA/VE project to meet annual cost saving target.

· Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering.

· 5-8 years work experience in project management or sourcing supplier management.

· Demonstrated leadership roles in previous positions desirable.

· Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

· Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

· Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.

· Adept at conducting research into project-related questions and products.

· Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

· Job experience with North American or Europe companies from HVAC, Auto industry, or EMS industry preferred.
