岗位职责： 1.负责整个外贸部统筹制定年、季、月销售计划和任务分配。 2.外贸的日常工作运营及主管的管理，具体组织对业务员的专业产品术语、聊天话术培训、销售流程技能通关培训。 3.负责线下开拓国外市场，品牌宣传。 4.负责协助外贸业务工作中的异常问题处理并要求下属及自己严格执行公司的各项规章制度，订单的审核和风险评估。 5.负责根据行业和市场形势变化趋势制定可行的销售策略。 6.负责阿里巴巴国际站、Facebook、谷歌等外贸平台的推广方案的策划。 任职要求： 1.有较强的英语口语表达及编辑能力，听说读写通关。 2.熟悉阿里巴巴国际站、Facebook、谷歌、国外跑业务等外贸销售平台操作。 3.具备2年以上外贸销售、团队管理工作经验。 4.具备2年以上国外市场开发经验。 5.有良好的职业素养，抗压强、有毅力，做事积极主动，有团队合作意识。 6.具备本行业的区域市场分析的能力，能与客户谈判与成交，处理好大客户的各种疑问，塑造良好的企业和品牌形象，努力挖掘老客户的新需求。 福利待遇： 1、工作：每个星期日休息（工作时间为早上8:30-12:00；下午13:00：18:00）； 2、假期：1）月休4天； 2）国家法定节假日； 3、福利：企业公费学习 4、购买社保。 5、每逢重大节庆日，公司都会发放节日礼品； 6、公司各部门每月有小团建、公司每季度有大团建、包含：聚餐，K歌、游山，玩水，生日会，组团旅游、户外拓展等活动。
