岗位职责：

1、经销商规划及管理：
？评估经销商体系，提出经销商改善计划，包括数量和承担区域
？阶段销量指导
？经销商KPI设置和考评

2、销售团队管理：
？管理与销量及预算相匹配的费用支出
？管理销售团队日常工作流程
？协同拜访
？提升团队销售效率

3、产品管理：
？销售符合公司指引的产品结构的SKU
？管理产品生命周期，提出新产品需求

4、投资管理:
？审核每个城市经理提报的月度促销计划，并予以指导和调整
？检查Buy Out POCs执行情况

5、售点管理:
？完成特殊难点的谈判
？加强与终端的关系
？批准合格的生动化申请
？加强与TOP ABI终端的联系
？检查TOP ABI POCs销量完成情况和竞争对手表现
？双方特殊关心的问题的谈判
？建立与加强同TOP NON ABI终端的联系

职位要求：

1、大专学历

2、5年相关酒水饮料相关行业销售经验，2年销售经理岗位经验
3、基本的办公软件运用能力
4、良好地执行力和经销商管理能力
