职位描述
工作职责和内容：
1.通过电话，微信等各种形式的沟通，传递早教品牌，吸引客户来店体验，并尽可能实现签单；
2.通过细心和持续不断的客户关怀行动，提高客户满意度，实现对客户的持续经营；
3.参与和支援相关销售和市场活动，向顾客介绍NYC(纽约国际儿童俱乐部）早教课程;
4.发展客户关系并且对其进行维护，为顾客设计符合顾客需求的课程，并跟进儿童教育状况;
5.对儿童的发展和进步给予咨询意见，为顾客提供专业早教知识
背景要求：
1.有良好的沟通技巧和逻辑思维能力，有较强的应变能力、抗压能力;
2.形象气质较好，言谈举止大方得体，有激情，有亲和力;
3.热爱幼儿教育行业，有进取心，执行力强；
4.有良好的客户服务意识和学习能力，愿意帮助更多孩子及家长成长
5. 能适应周末及国家节假日上班，错峰休假
入职要求：
1.大专以上学历，销售、教育以及相关专业
2.有相关行业销售经验或电话销售经验者优先考虑；
3.对幼儿早教市场有一定的了解，有婴幼儿教育行业销售经验者优先；
上班时间：
1、每周双休（周一周二），享受国家法定假期（错峰休假））
2、工作时间：周三-周日9：00-12：00，13：00-17：30，7小时工作
