A foreign-owned global manufacturing company is seeking a seasoned, self-motivated, hands on, results oriented Quality Manager for its factory in Zhuhai, China to actively lead growth with an entrepreneurial spirit, a highly collaborative work style and a passion for strengthening our internal controls.

Automotive Manufacturing background a must.Proficient in written and oral English.  Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry High producer.

Responsible for developing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining the Quality Management System. Create Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, Manage Internal Audits, as Lead Auditor, and support Supplier Audits. The QM will serve as the Company’s Management Representative, will chair Mgmt. Review meetings, and work with the Customer Representative.  The QM will actively participate in new product from development to PPAP / FAI submission.  The QM is responsible for the Quality Inspectors, to include managing product complaints and resolutions. This individual will also be responsible for all other duties as assigned by his supervisor or utive management.

?Provide leadership for developing and maintaining the Company’s Quality Management System to assure all Quality System requirements, as well as Customer requirements, are met.

?Create Department Procedures and Instructions as needed, to implement quality control requirements.

?Manage and maintain the Company’s Internal Audit Program and assess improvement initiatives resulting from all Quality Audits, internal and external.

?Coordinate and insure that all Internal Quality Audits are performed on a timely basis.

?Lead / Support Supplier Quality Management Audits.

?Serve as the Company’s Management Representative, including chairing Management Review Mtgs.

?Participate with Customer’s Representative to provide maximum customer satisfaction with our services and products.

?Support new product development, continuous improvement and design cost reduction.

?Prepare and submit Customer PPAP’s and First Article Inspections.

?Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials, components, and finished goods.

?Manage and maintain the Company’s Product Complaint Systems.

?Identify, Investigate, and resolve problems with parts and materials and Lead MRB Meetings.

1.Minimum 7-year experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry

2.VDA 6.3 and IATF16949 certified

3.Strong Manufacturing experience.

4.Strong analytical ＆ problem-solving skills.

5.Excellent communication skills in written and oral English a must.

6.Must have excellent people skills.

7.Must have strong skills in supervising, motivating, and training others.

8.Strong MS-Office skills in Excel, Word, Outlook.
