Title: Production Assistant

Main responsibilities

1. Responsible for drafting and improving the system documents for ISO9001, ISO14001, LWG etc, and maintains the daily records required.
2. Translate or interpreter e-mails, documents or meeting contents from English to Chinese, or from Chinese to English for Production Department.
3. Work with Local Affairs department to arrange the meals, transportation, dorm, etc for the employees in Production Department.
4. Assist Production Manager audit the 6S management of the workshop, and raise the improvement areas and follow up the action plan.
5. Work with the Purchasing department to purchase the consumable for Production and manage the consumable.
6. Organize the meetings of Production department, including the preparation before the meeting, taking meeting minutes during the meeting and follow up the action plan after the meeting.
7. Do the output statistics and the achievement rate every day and report the results to Production Manager.
8. Responsible for other related assignment from Production Manager.

Relevant experience required
At least 2-year administration working experience. Working experience in a foreign manufacturing company is preferred.

Qualification Required
？ Colleague or above.
？ Fluent English both in oral and written.
？ Excellent computer operation skills, especially can well operate Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
？ Good at communication and coordination. Be proactive and target orientated.


主要职责
1. 负责建立和完善生产部品质、环境、制革行业审核等对应体系文件，并保存日常的记录。
2. 负责笔译或口译生产部外来邮件、文件、会议的内容。
3. 与内务部合作，负责安排生产部员工的就餐、交通、住宿等。
4. 协助生产经理监管现场6S，提出整改项目和跟进改善项目
5. 负责申请采购和管理生产部的易耗品。
6. 组织生产内部会议，包括会前计划和联系，会中的记录及会后的跟进项目。
7. 统计每天的产量与达成率，向生产经理汇报。
8. 生产经理安排的其他相关工作。

职位要求的相关经验
2年或以上的文秘或行政经验，有外资制造业就业经验优先。

？ 大专及以上学历
？ 英语口语和书面表达流利
？ 电脑操作技巧好，Word, excel, PowerPoint等软件使用熟练
？ 沟通能力和协调能力强，积极主动，关注结果
