Position title: Cashier出纳

Direct Supervisor: Accounting Supervisor会计主管

Major Responsibilities 主要职责

1. In accordance with corrected accounting document; Handle cash payment and bank settlement business

根据审核无误的会计凭证，办理现金收付和银行结算业务

2. According to checked cash payment document, register daily banker's book and daily cash books; edit daily statement of receipt and expenditure of funds.

根据审核无误的现金收付凭证,登记现金日记账及银行日记账，编制资金收支日报表

3. Strictly follow cash management rules and check use regulation ,check cash flow daily and monthly严格遵守现金管理制度和支票使用规，现金要做到日清月结

4. Responsible for drawing the receipt and auditing invoice receipt负责公司收据的开制和公司取得的发票收据的审核工作

5. Responsible for payment or imports and exports and go to Exchange omce for wnting on and exempting负责进出口的收付汇及外汇局的核销手续

6. Responsible for the annual cooperation and it online of National Foreign Investment Enterprises 负责全国外商投资企业网上联合年检

7. Responsible for managing cash on hand, blank settlement certificate Valuable notes and the seals 负责库存现金、空白结算凭证、有价票据、印章的安全管理工作

Relevant Experience and skills the position Required岗位所要求的相关经验及资质

1. 2 years experience working in Finance Department. 两年财务部工作经验；

2. College degree, major in Accounting, Finance or relevant. 大专学历，会计或财务专业专业优先；

3. Certificate of accounting declaration 持有全国统考的会计从业资格证书

4. Familiar with the accounting knowledge and practical processes, understand the operation of financial software熟悉会计知识与实际操作流程，懂得财务软件的操作

5. Familiar with foreign exchange handling procedures熟悉外汇操作流程

6. Be patient and meticulous ,conscientious and responsible, positive耐心细致、认真负责、积极

7. Good command of English in reading and writing; 良好的英语阅读和写作技能
