职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Take lead the design of automation control on equipment and processes.
2.Automation engineering for assigned modifications and projects.
3.Support projects by reviewing automation/process control and supervising implementation to ensure site standard is applied to all new installations.
4.Generation of automation engineering related documents in particular Design Specifications (DS), Functional Specifications (FS), Quotation form, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of automation control on equipment and processes.
5.Start-up of the projects of automation control on equipment and processes, on schedule, within budget, and in a safe, satisfactory.
6.Communicate and cooperate with other departments, project contractors and vendors.
Requirements:
1.College or above on Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering.
2.Above 3 years working experience, focus on mechanism design or automation solution.
3.Good command of software AutoCad is a must, Pro-E is an advantage.
4.3D modeling on mechanism is a must.
5.Experience on PLC programming.
6.Knowledge on Pneumatics and servo mechanism.
7.PC skills and English (reading and writing) are required.
8.Independent, self-motivated, hard working.
