工作职责：

1、 认真备课，做好课件教具和按日程安排进行授课。

2、 根据上级和课程安排，设计特色节日活动和课件。

3、 定期编写教学报告，针对教学方法和教学内容进行改进

4、 公司内部定期的教学分享和交流

5、 根据上级安排，定期对家长进行回访，了解家长诉求。

6、 可以用英语跟外教沟通，协助外教完成教学和教务管理工作

职位描述
1.五官端正，没不良嗜好，关爱小朋友，良好的职业形象，有耐心和亲和力。
2.优秀的英文语言能力，口语流利，发音纯正；
3.热爱教育事业，认真敬业； 较强的责任心、团队意识和服务意识；
4.授课思维活跃，逻辑性强，善于调动气氛、控制课堂；
5.优秀的表达、沟通技巧，及时敏锐发现问题并解决问题
6.大专或以上学历，英文或英文教育相关专业优先，教育专业毕业优先；
7.通过英语四六级，通过英语专业八级考试或雅思成绩7.5分以上优先；
8.有英语国家留学背景者优先。
