招聘岗位：行政文员

入职要求：

1、热爱教育行业，形象好，气质佳，具有良好的口头书面表达能力，待人主动热情

2、工作认真细致有条理，有良好的执行能力

3、熟练使用各种办公设备和Office系列软件，会使用Photoshop或CorelDraw者优先

4、有前台行政工作经验或电话销售经验者优先

工作职责：

1、负责前台电话的接听转发，来访客人的接待，潜在报名学员信息的登记

2、负责公司内部员工考勤和学员上课考勤的统计

3、新报名学员或续费学员的前台交费、打单，每日营收报表的统计

4、及时更新学员的各项相关信息

5、及时通知老师和家长各项事务安排，对公司的通知、文件要做到及时上传下达；

6、及时收集各项潜在客户信息，邀约客户参加学校的各种体验课程

7、完成上级交待的其他事务
