职位描述
Role Purpose 职位目标:
1. 协助推广经理指定当地的推广策略,以及管理当地的市场费用
Assist Regional TM team to execute trade marketing city local activity, including local promotion budget management
2. 发掘当地市场活动的机会点,通过有效的执行,转化为盈利性销量
Develop and explore local promotion new opportunity and be responsible for local activity execution
3. 管理当地城市消费者促销活动的协调和管理、统筹工作
Be responsible for PG execution agency local project leader managing city level PG execution including local city sales team communication and agency coordination task.
Be responsible for local promotion material inventory management
4. 协助市场推广经理参与当地消费者促销活动的沟通、管理
Be responsible for city level PG sampling activity execution and regular support TSM to define sampling opportunity. And to work with PG execution agency to complete local promotion activity.
5. 协助区域销售经理完成终端形象店制作
Assist TSM to define GT model store and work with local production agency to complete design and production process. Also be responsible for model shop production and installation budgeting
6. 协助区域销售经理完成当地陈列物料项目执行
Be responsible for local promotion material inventory management
7. 协助区域销售经理监督渠道活动核销文件审核
Be responsible for promotion information management and reporting. Support TSM to complete channel activity claim report and process management
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
市场推广促销执行主任:
1. 统筹执行总部规划的市场推广促销活动(店内/户外促销计划),向驻地销售团队进行活动宣导,统筹执行及管理
Execute regional scale of promotion in city level including in-store and outdoor promotion acidity. Communicate detail promotion plan and budgeting to local team.
2. 规划、提报所属区域市场的推广活动方案,并组织实施及效果反馈
Plan and submit city local promotion initiative, organize and brief PG execution agency on detail execution plan. To collect all promotion information and develop promotion report
3. 负责协助当地城市销售经理和广告执行公司确定促销门店
Be responsible to confirm promotion store by working with local sales team and PG execution agency
4. 对接活动执行公司,统筹城市促销员管理:包括促销员招聘,培训
Be the key contact person of city level of agency, participate to PG recruitment and training
5. 完成终端形象店制作工作,并跟进安装、验收;
Complete GT model shop design/production/installation.
6. 当地促销物资管理,包括接收和管理促销物资,并监督posm的使用以及规范性
Manage local promotional material including PG sampling free goods management. Regular send city level material inventory report
7. 及时提交区域销售团队提交的渠道促销活动计划
Plan and submit local promotion plan
8. 协助区域销售经理监督渠道活动的执行以及核销文件审核
Support local sales team to complete channel activity claim report
Qualifications/Requirements:
申请资格 / 职位要求:
1.大专以上学历,具备两年以上快速消费品行业市场推广工作经验,有一定的市场推广管理工作经验,服务过知名饮料品牌优先考虑
College and above with at least 2 yrs of FMCG TM execution experience. Mega brand beverage FMCG TM working experience is preferred.
2.有渠道促销活动和促销员管理项目的执行经验
Experience on PG management and project management experience
3.了解物料设计和制作流程
Experience on promotional material/POSM design/adaptation process
4. 熟练操作办公软件Word, Excel、PPT文档使用
Master skill of Word,Excel,PPT office tools
5. 具备较强的执行能力及良好沟通和协调能力,具有团队精神
Strong communication skill and coordination skill with good team sprit
6. 强烈工作责任感
High sense of responsibility
