Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责

  

Key Area of Responsibility:

  

1. Develop & execute account plan to achieve market penetration, revenue, profitability and brand positioning targets.

2. Develop and manage the trade relationships for the wholesales business.

3. Execute the account / channel management focusing on the responsible accounts

4. Account plans updated with the intelligence on sell-thorough, velocity and inventory.

5. Monthly and seasonal booking targets achieved per plan.

6. New accounts opportunities identified & developed.

7. Skillful data analysis ability to better understood market demands and brand traits (velocity, retail IPS, Assortments, collection of competitors’ intelligence & recommendations to increase business)

8. Retail KPI mindset and execution methodologies in partners’ stores for further biz results’ driven

  

Major Challenge:  

  

• Collaborative relationships with dealers and different departments to understand their needs.
