SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

 Educated to degree level or equivalent

 Significant experience in alumni relations, fundraising, public relations, customer service or similar role

 Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

 An articulate and confident manner in order to develop good relationships with, and motivate current students and volunteers to act as ambassadors on behalf of the School

 Strong analytical, IT and administrative skills including experience in database manipulation and website maintenance   Strong project management experience with a proven track record in the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project

 Well versed in international education and the higher education sector ？ Demonstrates absolute confidentiality and professionalism in appearance, attitude and presentation

 Willingness to work irregular hours and on weekends, when required

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Assist in the development, implementation and management of an alumni database ？ Assist with the implementation of a strategic communications plan designed to enhance the engagement of AISG alumni

 To foster strong student, alumni, staff and other volunteer networks working with key individuals to support and develop strategies for alumni relations activity

 Gather, maintain and update alumni data for all constituencies

 Initiate data collection and quality improvement of alumni data processes

 Collaborate with AISG staff to engage alumni as special guest speakers for classes and events

 To create and implement strategies for alumni relations as follows, working with relevant members of the team as appropriate:

 Alumni benefits and services including links with other areas of the School.

 Alumni communication and publicity, including print and online publications targeted at alumni;

 Web and email communication, including development and overview of the Alumni Relations web site and web services for alumni;

 Events and activities, agreeing target groups with the School Leadership, then ensuring that activity attracts and involves as many members of target groups as possible;

 Encourage and support other departments in undertaking events and communications which will promote good alumni relations;

 Establish overseas alumni groups and clubs/associations, providing strategic advice on communications and local events;

 Liaise closely with, provide support to, and help direct the activity of various alumni groups, both self and School-organized. ？ Collaborate with Communications and Marketing Office team members to create innovative social media campaigns and initiatives

Assist the Digital Communications and Marketing Manager with the coordination and management of AISG’s alumni social media accounts

Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of content calendars for all AISG social media alumni channels and web pages

Assist in the development and posting of original content (write, edit, curate and produce) that effectively tells the AISG story

Compile and analyse detailed social media metrics, statistics and reports to inform KPIs o Ensure brand consistency in the delivery of social media content
