采购文员/助理一名
工作地点：广东省佛山市南海松岗

职位要求：
1、基本的英语读写能力；
2、三年工厂工作经验，熟悉金属、塑料部件；或能看懂AutoCAD图纸
3、良好的沟通能力及良好的工作态度；

Work location
- SongXia Industrial Park, SongGang Town, FoShan City
Basic requirement
- 3 years college degree is ok
- Basic knowledge for metal parts, plastic parts, standard parts etc.
- At least 3 years experience work in the factory for management work
- Good communication skill and team cooperation attitude.
Basic skills
- Good talking and listenning skills.
- Good temper for handling with different suppliers, sometimes it is difficult, with good patience and be diligent is preferred
- Documents managment
- Good at Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- English skills, write and read is preferred
- Computer skills like picture software, read drawing by PDF, AutoCAD
- Basic skills for making RFQ
Daily work
- Issue purcae order and follow up the order confirmation
- Follow up purchase order production with current supplier
- Inform QC to do inspection at supplier's workshop
- Getting information of packing from supplier and inform colleague to do work for delivery
- Deal with supplier for quality problem with QA department
- Visit supplier offten
- Report the purchase order status to supply chain manager & planning department
- Deal with small stuff purchase for the production of workshop
- Sourcing in the internet sometimes
- Build a proper RFQ with clear requirements, with material specification, processes, surface finish, packing requirement etc.
- Make overview for quotes
- Report the RFQ work to supply chain manager
- Negotiate price and payment terms with supplier
Expect offer package
- 2k to 4k per month according to experience
- 5days annual leave per annum
- Work 5days per week
- Standard social insurance and housing fund according to government.
