Halo Group-HSS Office
Human Resources Manager
Report to: General Manager & Head of PD, Sourcing & Designer
Location: Gaoming Foshan
Oversees operations in all aspect of HR and Administration functions include recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, Employee Information System, Training & Development, Performance Management, expatriate administration, staff relations and office administration to fulfill the needs of business growth and achieve company objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
Recruitment
? Advise on organization design and manpower planning to support business priorities/plans.
? Recruit employees and support manager recruitment to meet with manpower needs of the Company and recommend compensation package.
? Ensure headcount approval is in place
? Develop and review job description and requirement
? Arrange interview and Provide interview support as appropriate
? Overseeing the offer process
? Implement an effective induction plan cover the first 60 days for all new employees following Halo guideline
? Develop Manager capabilities undertaking in effective recruitment
Remuneration & Payroll
? Assist in the annual performance & salary review process including preparing of salary increase spread sheets, coordinating with relevant managers to complete performance management on-line
? Assist in the preparation of annual compensation and benefit review and proposal through benchmarking with market practice to ensure competitiveness.
? Administer the compensation and benefit plans including payroll, annual review, tax reporting, leave record and all staff benefit plans.
? Ensure compliance with all required HR policies and employment ordinances in.
Performance Management and Employee Development
? Implement performance management process
? Ensure employee set SMART objectives
? Annual & mid-year performance review
? Encourage frequent dialogue between manager and employee, create mentor and coach culture which enhance employee engagement and productivity.
HR Policy & Procedure
? Review current HR policy and procedures, make sure align with market practice
? Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
Employee Communication and Relation
? Act as main contact window between employee and their manager if appropriate
? Drive culture and values and reinforce teamwork and learning culture
? Handle employee issues and Grievances
? Conduct regular employee communications and focus group
General Administration Functions
? Supervisor, mentor and coach administration employee
? Office lease and administration
? Other Ad Hoc project - such as renovation project, Annual Dinner etc.
? Review current organization structure and capabilities, roles and responsibilities
? Prepare checklist and procedure, set high quality standard to handle office administration include visitor visits, reception/telephone handling, clean and tidy and employee
? Managing transportation, accommodation and meals issues
? Identify cost savings opportunity in office administration function
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level, preferably gained from sizeable MNC.
? Strong leadership, communications and interpersonal skills
? Strong analytical and consulting skills
? High level of integrity with good initiative
? Good English skills, both verbal and written
? Strong command of MS office skills - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
? Finance related experience or knowledge is preferred.
